The Community
Luminary Learning Circle Foundation (LLCF) registered under Societies Registration Act of 1860, is an impact oriented organization where we believe that education is the key to pull our communities out of the crippling effects of chronic poverty.
Established in 2012, we have supported underprivileged children and their families by providing quality education, water, food and emergency relief. We feel that these are the essentials to address inequality and deliver what all families need to survive and flourish.
