9000 families provided humanitarian assistance during disasters:
Helping people in humanitarian crisis and emergencies is at the heart of our work. We focus our interventions to help the most vulnerable and continue to serve those affected by emergencies and shocks as a result of pandemics and natural disasters.
We customize our responses based on the most urgent needs of the communities and from there on we work with communities to help them become resilient.
During our immediate response, our number one priority is to ensure that affected people have access to adequate humanitarian assistance.
We distribute food and non-food items and cater to the immediate health and hygiene needs of the affectees.
We have supported affected communities by floods, droughts, cyclones and most recently those by the chronic effects of poverty during COVID’19.
