Investing in the youth’s skills development is one of the most urgent and effective means to drive progress on poverty eradication, and inclusive economic growth. Due to unequal access to education and skills development youngsters face barriers to securing decent employment and opportunities to thrive as entrepreneurs. To increase access to decent employment and entrepreneurial opportunities, we have provided vocational training to young, women and men. Training on mobile repairing, air conditioning and refrigeration was provided to young men and personal grooming and beautician training to young women that has resulted in successful employment and enterprise development.
Vision and Mission:
Our vocational training programme is based on non-formal basic education and aims to provide numeracy and basic skills training to youngsters. Our objective is to empower the youth so that they can contribute to the development of a holistic approach to community building.
